Just wanted to say thanks for all the good vibes…I think they worked!
Surgery was a success and I’m already beginning to feel like my old self. A few weeks of rehab and I’ll be back at it again, pushing iron and knowledge like it’s my job.
Anyway, just wanted to say thanks for all the support!

Good luck with the recovery. Here' my knee a week or two after surgery when I had my ACL repaired (atrophy is a bitch). It's all good. I worked back up to squatting 5 bills.
