If your Dr told you if you don’t diet and exercise you will end up with diabetes cause it runs in your family. Then you seen this article saying “might” on weight training. I think it would lead the general public to say hmmmm I think I will wait to see if its true and skip weights all together. Don’t wanna get huge you know. They are not educated like we are. Most people think creatine is a steroid.

the question was would they workout (not lift weights), usually spending 5 mins with someone explaining it in terms they will understand they buy into the idea that weight training is good.
You will run across some women that even after that will bring up the “bulky” subject again, just requires a few mins again.
I hear what you’re saying though, it’s frustrating, but more studies like this further to help it sink in for people. For decades they’ve been told to do cardio, now will just take more time to get the message out.
