Mix with milk and add peanut butter or olive oil to boost caloric content.

It is very easy to make your own, and by doing so you can control exactly what you want in it. add in:

Protein (Metabolic Drive is great)
Ground oats
milk
peanut butter or some other fat

You can add in any proportion you wish to get the macronutrient profile you are looking for

Sounds awesome – I’ll have to try it. Swap a cup of pasteurized egg whites for one of the cups of water and you add 122 calories and 26g of protein without changing the taste (as far as I can tell).

Thanks for this; I always appreciate new recipes to tinker with.
