I used them while in Vegas and I definitely had luck with them. Sorry!

I have to agree with several other posts that your best bet is food. There are plenty of foods you can use to increase your caloric intake and still be relatively healthy. Natural peanut butter, beef, olive oil, mixed nuts, etc.

If you want to use a shake for convenience or supplement your food intake there are plenty ways you can make your own.

Your choice of milk, oats, natural peanut butter, walnuts, almonds, fresh/frozen berries, whey, casein, or blended protein powder, cottage cheese, coconut milk, etc. Get creative and blend healthy stuff together and you will have your own weight gainer.

P.S. And don’t forget about beef!

I used Cytogainer as a post-workout shake, I’ve been pleased with the results, but it’s just post-workout. I really like double cheeseburgers and big tuna fish sandwiches as the staple of mass building. LOL.

Cytogainer does work, but eating more good food would be better. And cheaper. Most of those weight gainer supplements are expensive. $1-$2 a day to get 500 more calories.
