Weight Gain First Week of Injections

Last week I switched from daily 6mg androderm patches to once a week 100mg testosterone cyptionate injections. Two weeks ago I weighed in at 209lbs and I weighed myself this morning and I jumped up to 215lbs without any dietary changes or crazy binge eating.

Has anyone else experienced this one injections? Could my estrogen have spiked and caused me to gain a bunch of water weight?

I saw on the packaging to call your doctor if you experience rapid weight gain, just wondering if this constitutes as rapid weight gain or I’m being paranoid.

Please self inject T as 50mg twice a week.
Yes, estrogen can mess things up.

Suggest labs too to check E2 levels. Need to wait for effects of T twice a week so levels are steady. Do labs 1/2 way between injections - always.

Same problem - I was on Androgel for 2yrs. Felt great, weight held around 193 but the stuff was rubbing off on my sheets and on to my kids and wife. So, started with 200mg every two weeks. My weight has jumped all over the place.

Went from 203 to 207.6 in one day then 205.4 to 209 two weeks later after 2nd shot.

I’ve read a lot here and will try 100mg 1x/week starting this Thursday.
