First thing coming to mind is labs, particularly a CBC. Your dose is not at all unreasonable, but some have experienced those symptoms with increased hematocrit. Another option, donate blood and see if that helps.
Thank you. It’s quite out of the ordinary for me. I’m due at the Red Cross too.
I still think it’s E2 related hence you felt better at first elevating your T with bigger one time doses, until e2 crept up to match.
I’ll post back and see if the ai helps. I need to have a shot today so maybe I’ll reduce that a bit too. Then again, I won’t know if it’s the e2 or dose in general.
So
Today I’m noticing breathing is better and heart beat less thumping.
I did take .25 ai yesterday and then my eod shot, but lowered it to 34mg from 40mg.
Of course, I’m thinking e2 was too high as I can’t think test levels came down that fast to affect hematocit if that’s what was causing the shortness of breath issues.
I could be the mag glycinate, but that just seems backwards and counterintuitive
Could elevated e2 affect breathing and heart beat like that?
You have problems with blood pressure? I get that what you say but can tolerate it way more since I started seriously treating my BP. Telmisartan 40mg and Amlodipine 5mg.
E2 always jacked my BP up.
My pulse is Always low. 60 bpm.
Pressure is usually great too. Just recently felt more heavy.
And this morning I wake up short of breath and having that feeling again. Almost like my lungs are clearing out fluid. But I’m not sick.
I took two Covid tests. Not that.
I did stop smoking marijuana a few weeks back. I was a daily smoker at night for sleep purposes. Wondering if perhaps my lungs are just cleaning out?
Going to get blood work including cbc. Unfortunately I had my hormone bloods done not long ago and if I ask again, dr will wonder what’s up.
I’ve had the same with blood work being on point. I had spurts of chronic vaping which I have severely reduced in the last few years which helped.
Are you an anxious person? It honestly sucks but it can be just as simple as too much T and/or E2 kicking our anxiety into overdrive.
Yep, it’s definitely affecting my anxiety. But, i think anyone’s anxiety would increase with it.
It’s weird. It’s shortness of breath with a little fluid i’m coughing up. Raspy voice… almost sore throat. It’s not covid and I feel fine otherwise. Also a little pressure in my head. It’s like i have a slight headache. All totally abnormal with me. Almost like i can feel the blood pulsing thru my jugulars.
Going down for bloodwork this morning with a CBC.
Hematocrit was 44. So good there. Likely safe to assume this isn’t trt related.
Why are my lungs kinda cleaning out? Almost like fluid in there.
Could this be just e2 too high? I know you retain water if it’s too high but I doubt that would affect lungs.
Only thing I can think of is that I quite smoking marijuana a few weeks back. I was a daily smoker after work for sleep, but it was only for a span of about a year. Maybe my lungs are cleaning out still?
Welp, had an EKG, chest xray and bloods. All say my heart and lungs are healthy. So not sure what’s up. They may order stress test, etc. But it must be some sorta respitory thing, perhaps an allergy. Not sure.
In other news, 40mg test EOD is proving to be the most beneficial yet for sex drive for me. Feeling something!
Didn’t you do this protocol in the past?
I did, but i only held it at 40mg for a couple weeks prior to lowering to 34mg.
Something is definitely happening and i hope it stays or gets even better. I feel like my body fights against me!
With a prn AI though?
I only will use it from time to time… may once every week? If that.
I just think the level of FT i need to feel libido produces too high an E2
I’ve said many times (to the anti ai crowd) that my thoughts are some peoples’ bodies don’t aromatize in the most ideal ways. Just anecdotal.
I know man I feel you completely on that, and even worse in my case I actually don’t convert all that much, so my E2 numbers aren’t even that “bad” compared to the numbers thrown around here. That’s why I hate blanket statements like “well E2 of 45 is it high at all”. It can really do disservice to some people who are struggling to make it work.
