Hi Chad,

Just wondering if you have any general guidelines for training a female newbie to weight training e.g. do you use lots of single leg exercises at higher reps before moving on to squats after a couple of months? Any guidelines for sets/reps?

Thanks,

Ben

Start with bilateral exercises. There’s no real advantage to initiating a cycle with unilateral exercises (for non-athletes anyway).

Chad-

Can your three days a week programs such as TBT be modified to increase the frequency to 4-5 training sessions per week?

Your concepts have been a real eye-opener for me. Keep them coming.

Thanks,

Mark

Hey CW,

I’ve been on a “fat shedding” phase for the last few months and I’ve been using ABBH during this phase. I have been losing a lot of fat and keeping the muscle, but I was wondering if this is the best program I should be using for fat loss? I know that you intended it for hypertrophy, but is it wise to use it for fat loss? If not, which program do you recommend?
