I’m training myself up to the pre-show diet. I’m about 4 weeks away and my carb count is 70-100. I’m taking in 4 gallons of water a day.
I’m pretty tired all day and we are rehearsing a very physical production that my college is putting on. I get by ok, but my energy is through the floor and my irritability is through the roof.
I haven’t had any strength losses after drinking this much water, but like I said, I’m pretty tired all day.
What should I change?
