I dont know what the requirement for cops are in the US but here you have to spend a total of 12months in the army and get in to officerschool which requires above average IQ and psychological evaluation. From which 2months are basic training, 4 months officer/specilazion training and 6 months leading new troops. After serving for 12 months you can apply(get in) to police school. Then there’s a test in police school to but I dont know what they ask.
I think cops here are quite calm and professional.
