The are racists and warmongers that seem to have a child’s level of understanding about this situation, arguing against extreme pacifists and people that think America has evil intentions in every move it makes. To those of you that “love the troops” and “support the troops 100%” there is something you can do to help the troops. The U.S. military is disproportionately made up of ethnic minorities and people with lower-income. What you guys can do is write to your congressmen and to your president and tell him to rethink his policy on affirmative action and to reorganize his tax cuts to they target those groups that are in need of them. I can assure you the troops would really appreciate that. Of course I realize that for most of you your “100% support of troops” consist solely of you talking about said support, but maybe some of you will actually step up and do something for them.
