Celtic thread still takes the cake. I mean hell that thing got up to about 22 pages before he finally bowed out.

listen buddy, im gunna bite.
you want help?
here:
a) look up professor X’s thread
b) look up cephalic carnage how do you train ( my favorite thread, aside from the one with the fake squat picture)
c) GET FUCKIN REAL. be honest with yourself, you will never make progress if you already think you are the best. come on, admit you bullshitted your stats. nobody cares what you lift. your physique tells the true story. nobody (very few people are exceptions) with a squat like that has legs like that.
heres the truth if you are ready to hear:
you dont know whether you want to powerlift or bodybuild. pick one. yes, we have some talented people on the board (h4m, im looking your way) that can do both. you are not one of them. pick a goal, stick with it. get back to us in 2 years because right now you look like shit. if i saw you on the street, i wouldnt even know you lifted. as far as supplements go, they arent worth shit if you train like a bitch. you dont need test boosters. you need a clue.
as far as theres boards are concerned, read more- post less.
the truth has been spoken.
there are a rare few people who look like nothing but have stats somewhere in that area. rare like seeing big foot and chupacabra.
you forgot to add that bigfoot and chupacabra are having sex and a leprechaun is filming it.

nevermind, found the link, and sorry i posted the last thing twice. my bad, im new. but anyway, im only 16, i just started out, im pretty much a twig. i humbly and and honestly (but not shamefully) admit that my best squat is 155 pound for 5 reps. i weigh 159 and im 5’11 1/2"
and yet MY legs are bigger than this guys. even if you were to strip off what very little fat i do have on my legs they would STILL pwn this guy.
holy crap. lol. what a funny ass thread.

Ok
You came here for advice, quit being defensive
Calling BS on the squat, I know younger guys putting up over 400lbs on the squat, and they start on their defensive lines and wrestle at 215/heavyweight. no way you did that with squat or deadlift
you want advice?
eat more.
dont lie about your lifts.
(with no chest development 260 is a bit of a stretch, shit even if your finger slipped and you meant to press “1” instead of “2” then it’d still be questionable).
pull your fucking hat low, turn your music up and put your nose to the grindstone.
STFU & GTFO
never really read/venture over here but this thread made my breakfast entertaining.
it’s a crazy thing how “new” folks to training and this site puff up their #'s thinking it will slide by as plausible. after you train a bit you realize wow…of course those numbers are crazy, look at my little hairy legs.
in most instances you can look at someones triceps, legs, overall build and have a rough idea of #'s that make sense, w/ the exception of the freaks guys who are just really strong despite looking less than impressive. that much said, if you’ve got tooth picks holding you up than 400+ will break you.
cheers guys, happy new year!!! good lifts in 2011!

I don’t think this is some poor self conscious newbie that lied about his lifts. It’s troll. the pic of him “in highschool” was taken using an iphone (you can see it in the pic).
That is kinda funny when you look at his profile that says he is 25 years old. And you realise that the iphone only came out in 2007.
So. If he is 25 now and Im assuming he finished high school at 18 (or 19 if he is stupid). Then he would have finished highschool in… 2004 or 2005.
So either he had an iphone in highschool 3 years before it existed or he googled a random photo from the internet. You decide.

Maybe he is 25 and in highschool.
DIDN’T FUCKING READ.
Skimmed though.
OP is stronger then me, if those are his 6-8 rep range for lifts. If they are one rep max then we are about the same.
If he can squat that much then I’m kinda pissed but oh fucking well, I’m 5lbs behind him.
Now, time for me to go poop.
What’s everyone throwing a fit for? 440 with a suit is very easily believable.
THOSE LIFTS ARE COMPLETE BULLSHIT

Yes you seem to have problem there mister 5’6-5’8…

me being pissed off has nothing to do with my lifts and their credibility, my anger came from someone saying i used photoshop to paste my head onto another photo
Well somehow I don’t think that anyone thought that…
