yeah, I hope so Aragorn, I would be so happy! The abs you have me doing with legs, is that enough, or should I be doing others? I"m also doing better at making sure they’re tight while doing other exercises as well.
enough for now. remember things build on each other, so while sometimes throwing everything snd the kitchen sink at an issue is fine, many others you can’t shotgun like that.
Everything goes in phases
I would also suggest at some point you might consider adding some upper back work in down the road.
