Re-starting a new log, as I have a challenge worth logging now.

Aim:

Just for a real challenge, I’ll aim to get my 1RM to his 10 RM.

Bench: 1201 - require 2251
Squat: 1801 - require 2651
Dead: 2001 - require 3201
Push Press: 1001 - require 1851

I think Squat & Deadlift I should get by year end… the Push Press is hmhmhm; the main focus will have to be Bench - as I suck at it.

Also lets me focus on eating more and more to race toward catching Mr Bauber !
