Yeah. There have been a few people where I wanted to ring their necks because I didn’t want to see them get killed, and would even tell them that very thing.

you’re correct here, but you also cannot make someone see the light when a bag is over their head (was hoping there was a better phrase to describe this, but I came up empty). We do the best we can to make people care about their own safety/responsibility to others, but frequently isn’t learned until it is LEARNED.
