Thanks guys. She ended up talking me into trying to make it work but the damage was done. I didn’t trust her and the type of life she lives, trust is needed. So I ended it.

Been a giant ball of anxiety and depression and it fucking sucks. Coincidentally an old thing hit me up asking for one more go, just as friends. So I’ve got some comfort fun scheduled for Monday :joy:

Been working out and eating. Yesterday was bad and I missed a couple meals due to just wanting to die, woke up down 2lbs but we’ll get there.

Fuck life. That is all.

I didn’t do back day yesterday because I worked all day and all night. Got in bed at 6:30am this morning and took some meds to ensure a good sleep and had plans to wake up and kill a back day. I woke up after 4 hours of sleep :pleading_face::sob:
So, skipping another back day. Fuck I just want to train!!!

Call week is officially over. Unfortunately it ended spectacularly with me hitting a tree on a trouble call and ripping my whole bucket off the boom and at the same time the other half (we split up to finish) was taking a guy to the hospital. Both incidents are fixable but damn. Fuck 2021

Where are y’all getting your needles and syringes? I normally use my TRT doctor and when I need something random I use Westend medical, but they are out of what I want.

Just ordered some slin pins from Amazon. I got 27 gauge 1/2 pins. Deep enough for lats and delts for me. For test, I like the 27 gauge. It fills so much faster than 28 or 29. 100 of them was like $16.
