So stayed up till like 2am. Somebody tried to break in my house while I wasn’t there, they didn’t get in but that took some time and was stressful. Gym partner has also created a lot of stress and things ended pretty badly right before the break in information came in lol
Should have had a rest day but just needed to get some frustration out.
Also wore oncloud running shoes today vs my normal vans and surprisingly made BOR’s almost impossible. Couldn’t stay stable and ended up falling forward on a couple times, just overall very frustrating.

You know I thought about that but was worried about slipping. I should have just tried it. Went to a gym I normally don’t go to today and apparently their AC was broken, I was soaked, even my wrist straps were wet and I just assumed it would be bad lol. We will never know.

I really wanted to do legs today but I know deep down I need a rest day. Chilling on the couch post peanut butter and protein shake, gonna Netflix and Copenhagen for a bit then go for a long sad walk and ponder life.
Tomorrow I will front squat until I can no longer front squat.
