Ended up working till around 7:30 this morning. In bed around 9 and slept till 2. Haven’t been called back out as of 9:07 lol which is weird but I’ll take it! Got talked into going to target dress shopping.

Gym time being out of whack for that little time is no biggie at all. Can’t lose gains or strength (unless you starve and under eat) that fast.
The food being out of whack is only an issue because your coach gives you set meal plans ( if he still does), if you were just following Macro numbers then you could stay on top of nutrition for 80% of the week.
And those quads look great. Don’t know why but I just assumed (based on the way you describe your body) that you looked different. You defo lift my friend!

I also struggle with certain things due to insecurity where if the roles were reversed I wouldn’t be ok with it, even if she’s ok with it. So my mind makes me think I’m doing something wrong and I feel guilty even though I shouldn’t… I’m just projecting my own issues on her
Maybe. The biggest hurtle with diet during call week is available eating times. I essentially lose standard breakfast lunch and dinner times, and my days may stretch 24hrs +. When and what to eat gets blurry when you’re awake for so long and your sleep is so out of whack. I still try my best. I’m working now and had Turkey and sweet potato at 2:30am lol
Thanks man. I probably do look like I lift honestly. But not by much . I’m actually ar a milestone point in my life where does the first time ever, I look better shirtless than in a shirt, Atleast for judging fitness related looks.
I don’t know about you but my standard has always been do I look big with normal clothes on and not flexing or do other people comment on me looking bigger or like I lift with clothes on. Can’t see the upper body but legs definitely are there.
Worked till about 5am this morning, then got woke up around 7:30 by movers getting stuff from my house my mom stored while she sold her house.
So I did what any sane person would, ate turkey and sweet potatoes, doubled up on pre workout and hit a chest and shoulder workout.
I skipped the last 1/3rd of my Titty day workout (the machine fly/tricep push down/lat raise SS) just because I’ll probably work all night again tonight and wanted to minimize the damage.

How you do this kind of workout (or indeed function in any conceivable way) on 2.5 hours’ sleep is a perpetual mystery to me. Suffice to say that I’m (and, no doubt, others are too) in awe of you!
Thanks man! You just need a lot of stupidity and caffeine, then all things are possible. I still haven’t slept and I’m still at work, so if I do manage to go home sometime in the morning i most likely will skip my workout. I’ll push the boundaries but I mm not trying to die lol
Edit: I did catch a 15 minute cat nap earlier today in a parking lot after I ate lol I even drooled so it was a solid cat nap
Been a minute since I’ve updated this. Finished out the call week, didn’t get any good nutrition, not much gym. Flew to Rhode Island the day I cam off call and I’m still here now. Food hasn’t been even remotely close to what i should be consuming. I did workout yesterday, paid $20 for a day pass to a shitty gym, which blew my mind as everyone around here seems super well off. Gym was a complete joke.
Did a random full body doing something similar to DC rest pause or what ever it’s called for working sets. I enjoyed it but ready to get back on track.
Unfortunately idk when back on track will be, I’ll probably be headed out to Louisiana Monday or Tuesday for storm work, who knows how long I’ll be gone .
Taking a break from couching until I can get back on track and everything in my life sorted out. In the meantime idk what to do in the gym, any suggestions?

Do my own thing?
Run someone’s program?
