Skipped my shot yesterday and told my coach this morning I’m going back to TRT and I don’t want to gain weight anymore, I want to work on getting lean and starting over (probably) from there. I just need a break from mentally trying to progress, maybe leaning out will be the same way and if it is, I’ll just coast for a while. Maybe even take a break, or break ritual and do random stuff for a bit. Regardless, tides are turning.

Also worth noting that I worked out with a chick from work who’s more of a power lifter type lifter… or what ever lol most fun I’ve had in the gym in a loooonngg time. I think I’d definitely benefit From having a gym partner.
