Skipped my shot yesterday and told my coach this morning I’m going back to TRT and I don’t want to gain weight anymore, I want to work on getting lean and starting over (probably) from there. I just need a break from mentally trying to progress, maybe leaning out will be the same way and if it is, I’ll just coast for a while. Maybe even take a break, or break ritual and do random stuff for a bit. Regardless, tides are turning.

I just noticed that is a ton of back work . I really am surprised you are not fucking huge. I saw a video today of John meadows mentioning what he did for arms and it was like 3 sets of 3 exercises. I was like damn that is it?

Well apparently I haven’t figured out what works so I may be doing it all wrong :joy:. My back is my best muscle group by far though.

I think the driving force is not something as positive as discipline. I think it comes from a place that is unhealthy and damaging. If I’m being completely honest.

Ehh the call week isn’t much of a break lol I usually work 60-100 hours of overtime on call weeks :joy: but the long weekend in Rhode Island will for sure be a break

Also worth noting that I worked out with a chick from work who’s more of a power lifter type lifter… or what ever lol most fun I’ve had in the gym in a loooonngg time. I think I’d definitely benefit From having a gym partner.

Oh I’m sure she is. She’s basically told me as much but I don’t want to be that guy. I’ve been on the other end of that and it was horrible.
