Nope. Going down pretty much. Hasn’t been really any chest progress since I started this blast. A tiny bit of shoulder progress, and a little back progress. Like if o was natty this wouldn’t be considered good, and I’m far from natty so it’s really a big joke.
When I first brought it up to him he forgot I was using PED’s and agreed it wasn’t great progress for a natty but it was ok. I’m sure he was less than impressed when I reminded him I was on gear. We’ve Reyes different things and played with food a little. Nothing seems to make a difference.
It’s like week 12 right now and I’m up ~10ish pounds, maybe 11, and I look the exact same minus bigger love handles and some other fat deposit areas. Been all risk and no reward. Idk what wrong with me. I give it my all in the gym, follow the diet, been taking rest days #genetics
Yea it’s hard to compare when it’s all machines. I’m close to going back to training at home and it’ll be all barbells and dumbbells. Right now only BB thing I do is bent over rows on back day.
I’ve had the job for 7+ years and the sleep issues longer lol and this year I’ve worked less overtime than I ever have before, and I’ve been taking ambien which is helping. I’m not saying it’s not hurting it, because there’s a good chance you’re right, but I’ve made it to this point like this, just thought I could continue past this point lol
Dropped the DHB at week 9 because there was no point in continuing lots of drugs. Added 5mg/day of MENT when o dropped that. Test is 750 a week. Puts my total at 4,000 (day after injection)
I’ve sent him form videos on every exercise I do. It was a requirement when we first started. Most anxiety I’ve ever had in the gym lol (filming myself).
He forgot you’re on PEDs?
That seems like a pretty serious F up. Granted, I don’t know much about gear but I’d expect it would completely change intensity/volume/frequency in a program. Did he ever consider that when writing the program?
Rest and recovery could be the problem but like you said, that variable hasn’t changed.
How’s your effort in the gym? I know you drop exercises and cut things short on a regular basis. I don’t know if that’s you understanding your body and knowing what you can recover from, or if that’s just a lack of effort.
I also yawn all the time when lifting. I don’t think it’s related to being sleepy. I noticed a bunch of Olympic competitors were yawning too on tv this year.
When o first hired him we talked about what I was going to be on so he knew that. He told me upfront that’s great, do what you want but he doesn’t want to design or offer cycle advice and I respect that. He’s massive and uses as well. When I complained about the progress it was on Saturday when all his clients check In so I’m sure he was very busy. I also include a check in photo and it definitely looks natty so I’m sure it was just a mistake. He has never acted like he forgot me or forgot details over than the drugs. I talk to him a lot as well.
I rarely see anyone go harder. I give it my all. Every time.
If I was him I’d assume it was my effort as well, it makes sense and it seems most lack effort when working out, Atleast in my gym they do. I honestly feel like o couldn’t go any harder. I’m sure everyone says that lol. I have always wanted to go train with a big dude just to get some in person pointers though. Who knows. The excuses are endless!
