Injuries don’t count. Candito’s been injured a couple of times and I’m sure a 135 squat buried him during those times
I agree. I was more or less saying I put more value in size than strength, obviously I know there’s a correlation, just making a point

I was actually starting to see some progress after incorporating some heavy calf raises at the end of every gym session. Hoping he programs some in at some point. If not I may just start doing them, I don’t see where it would hurt anything.

Had my first planned rest day today! It felt good. I took solace in knowing i gave it my all in the gym and I was gonna rest and grow.
Then i got called out, because I went on call today for a week lol. Hell of a time to start a call week.
