I do this for normal pictures. I think half my problem is flexing my back correctly. Without resistance it’s hard for me. I can manipulate my shoulder blades very well and end up just squirming them around. I’ll try today and see if any of it looks like muscle or just me moving my shoulder blades ![]()

Lost a lot of friends in real life that way, too.

So I had a shitty and fear workout all in one ![]()
Only had one meal prior to working out tonight and it was probably only ~1,000 calories so maybe that’s why.
Tits and tris! Felt really weak (and was weak) on incline dumbbell. Everything else was amazing. Triceps swelled up to a size I’d never seen before. I managed to get 20+ reps on the seated dip machine with the whole stack. And then did some partials and squeezed out everything I had. What was really weird in the moment was I was giving it everything I had, my whole body was literally shaking and I was about to blow blood vessels everywhere, yet I was just casually chewing bubble gum looking around ![]()
Kast part of my day was pretty rough, once I got in the gym after a pep talk from a good friend I was fine.
Back and bi day! Went really good. Great pump and intensity.
I wanted to do some land mine rows and needed 3 45’s and couldn’t find any. All the machines were loaded of course. I asked a few guys close to one of the machines and they said take them, so I did. After I finished I noticed the machine I robbed was back loaded and a dude was working out. While he was seated resting on it I went to apologize to him. Dude had in ear buds and just totally ignored me. I was already in a pissy mood so unjust sat there and had a conversation with him, while he couldn’t hear me and was working out. A lot of people thought it was hilarious. Sounds pretty lame typing it out, one of those should have been there things ![]()
Food and gym have been inconsistent at best. Still haven’t Neal prepped and idk why.
Weight is fluctuating between 204-208 in the mornings. Noticing a few small changes here and there. Screwed my TRT dose up last week and surprisingly I can tell, skin is a lot oilier and more pimples so that’s annoying.
I think my libido is starting to improve since I’ve switched to twice a week so that’s good!
Back and bi’s tonight but cut it short. About 7 guys in there just being dumb gym goers and I couldn’t take anymore of it so I left. I think it’s time I invest in ear buds.

Got a new pupp this weekend so I worked out at home. First time in the home gym in MONTHS. Also first time touching a barbell in MONTHS.
Killer shoulder workout. Was supposed to be shoulders and legs but I’ve done something to my left knee and I’m gonna give it some time.
First time OHP’ing with a barbell in for wver. 135 for ~10 reps was embarrassingly hard lol. Seated dumbbell OHP with 65’s was easy though. Not sure what’s up with that.
This is also the first time I’ve worked out shirtless in front or mirrors (home gym) in a looooong time. Muscles lookin good! When I have a pump I actually look like I workout a little!
