Decent shoulder/leg day

Dumbbell OHP used the 60’s and was able to get 4 sets of ~10 so gonna use 65’s next time.

Seated machine OHP neutral grip
I worked my way up to the whole stack (200lbs) and did 4 sets of 4!

Rear delt fly machine

Cable lateral raises

Cable body cross overs

Dumbbell front raise

Dumbbell lateral raise

Seated calf raises

Leg extensions

Leg curls

Seated leg press. Maxed the machine out at 385 doing sets of 10 (seated in a normal sitting position with foot board straight ahead)

So that’s 3 machine I can rep the whole stack :joy:
Shoulder press - 200lbs
Leg extensions - 275lbs
Leg press - 385lbs

Next up is dumbbells! Only 10 more pounds to go and I’ll be slinging the biggest ones they have (100’s)

Now if this was a real gym, this would never happen, but I’ll take my poverty achievement

Did my TRT shot in my delt last night so it was still pretty sore today, dumb move.

Tricep pull downs using a lot of different attachments and styles.

Maxes out the dip machine today. Stack stops at 200lbs. I had to buckle up to keep from lifting lol got 3 sets of ~14 reps maxes out. Felt super cool :joy:

Bench - worked up to a couple singles at 255. Plan was for doubles at 255 but that didn’t work lol

Incline dumbbell bench- got 4 reps with 100’s!!!

I found the best technique for me to feel and active my tricep. It’s basically a reverse bicep cable curl. I do them single handed and get an intense stretch and contraction!

Tweaked my back picking up the hundos :cry:

Maybe it’s just me, but repping the hundos was my first “big boy weight moment”, and I’ve tweaked my back a hundred times doing nothing, so, yeah.

Worth it.

Totally agree :joy: ever since I realized I could rep 90’s I knew I was close and it was just killing me not to try. So I tried :joy:

Really starting to be able to hit the right muscles in my back instead of just slinging weight. I have a feeling my back will be one of my better body parts when I lean out. Followed by quads. Everything else will look like 15 year old Justin beiber :joy::joy:

Found a guy on Reddit who’s my height and went from fatty to not fatty and his lean mass is a couple pounds less than mine and he looked great. Hoping I have similar results!

Yea it’s great man. They just roam free while I workout then when it’s time to work them I do a small cattle drive and work them. Pretty straight forward. Usually 4-5 sets.

On a serious note. I just googled that and found out it’s calves. Damn you public school!

As per your BP you are bulking right now? When I would eat sugar my BP would go through the roof.

When stress gets bad enough I remember that all that shit I am dealing with has not literally killed me. Seems goofy, but it works.

Currently starting the cutting phase after bulking. Carrying too much fat, zero cardio, and stress is all adding up.

Started today with some ~135bpm walking

Still been workin our. Just haven’t felt like logging them cause they are even extra boring not knowing sets reps and weights.

Thanks to work and stress leaning out is going well. Down 10lbs. Love handles are a touch smaller and quads are showing new definition I’ve never seen before so that’s cool!

Looking forward to tomorrow as it’s leg day and I’ve got some motivation to hit them hard considering I missed last leg day.

Unfortunately gonna be a while before they do. Starting off 2020 right with a divorce, selling the house, and trying to find the right “luxury” apartment that I can actually afford but still be nice :joy:
