Cycle 9 - 531 Week
Started feeling a bit better after a few days and took another few off to let it clear before getting back into it with the goal of just finishing off the cycle with my main lifts in my 531 week

Squat: 355, 400, 445 (4)
6/17/22
Bench: 255, 290, 325 (3)
6/20/22
Deadlift: 380, 430, 480 (3)
OHP: 190, 215, 240 (4)
Everything felt so fucking heavy this week, for obvious reasons, but still pushed through and exceeded the minimum reps for a pretty solid training week given the circumstances. Took a lot of naps this week and just took it easy.
