It wasn’t a matter of a less than intelligent email or three… The point is threads didn’t degenerate into anonymous sword fights and name calling. People were accountable because they couldn’t hide. There is a difference and I think the difference is the cloaking. I participate in other forums where people use alter egos but for the most part the community knows who the alter egos are.
Yes there is disagreement that can get personal, but not the mindless crap you see here and other places. It’s just a fact that the cloak empowers most people - however false that power is.
Recently I came across a thread on Scott Abel that has been definetly reinforcing the point my thread was initially trying to point out. Honestly I think the title of the thread should have been more like “Ignorant Young Dumb Fucks Willing to Waste There Hard Earned Bucks and The Pussification of The T-Nation!” A little long though so maybe something more like IYDFWWTHEBTPTT! The level of ignorance here combined with the idealization of all this supplement bullshit has me wondering if this is really what the guys who put this place together when it all got started had in mind. I understand that things change and that’s inevitable, but the way that things are going around here is total horeshit. I could elaborate further but honestly I’m starting to think that it would fall on def and very fucking dumb ears.

I’ve been training for 20 years now. This has been my passion for over two decades. I’ve followed this forum from when it was available in paperback. There are some very dedicated and great people here, however lately there are alot of stupid jerkoffs. For those of you who blindly insult and agrue about the lifelong work of people who’s work they have either no interest in, and/or have not even tried you are stupid jerkoffs. I’m pretty sure you are ok with that because that’s why you are here. So I am starting to see there might be no point but to occasionally point those who can’t stand the stupid jerkoffs on this site elsewhere, because it seems like you guys are truely too inconsiderate, ignorant, or fucking jerked off to realize you are not helping anything at all.
