I’ve been good the past few days. The diet is at 95% compliance again.
250-300g/30 or less/80 or less on the fat.
The workouts are going well. I think the high reps was just the jump I needed.

I sped up this workout incredibly. I normally workout around 60 minutes. I did it around 35 minutes today.
I’ve got some interesting stuff going on though.
I have a new job!!! I’m starting the warp speed fatloss for a 28 day go round. They advertise you can lose up to 21 pounds in 28 days. I’m going to keep the log up and post it on the 35 and over section.
Weigh in today 316.5 so I’m standing still. I’ve been at this plateau for about a month now. I’m eager to start this new program.
