Anyone know how many episodes left to the finale?
Till she Nails that Junk to the Floor ![]()
I would so kill that crazy fucker after the stabbin. Oh and for the first time since she showed up I want to bang Michonne
I have a feeling Rick and Merle might have something in common after the next episode. And for the first time i liked Michonne, still hate Carl though.
first episode in a LONG time without constant intertwining plot, group scenes… Makes me think it is some sort of homage to earlier season before the suspense drop next week.
Not a bad episode… not filler, no crazy plot twists either, kind of relaxing TBH. And yes, I really like Michonne this episode, finally they gave her a script, and what do you know…
The Ep was great, if any of you saw the talking dead afterwords they showed some really cool behind the scenes look at that town setup, was really cool.
Carl’s character is getting much better, but i think the main problem is the kid who plays him just isnt really a good actor. At least not on the caliber of some of the others on the show. He has no real range, and all of his dialog has the same delivery despite the context.
After last night’s ep, i think it is time to get on the Michonne bandwagon.
Last nights ep was awesome …back to the roots of the show. I always have a hankering for dark meat right between the drumsticks
Cause I am dirtman the other white meat ![]()
I loved Michonne from the get go.
Wonder who would be better DarkNinjaa or Michonne. Yum Yum
Is it just me or does Carl walk funny?
Anyways, as others have said, this episode was well done.
I just realized the symbolism of Michonne giving Rick the single round for his gun, in the exact same way that Shane did before in season 1.

Agreed, do explain…? I forgot everything in season 1 lol.
I think trying to help the crazy dude snap out of it helped Rick come out of the crazy funk he’s been in. Hopefully we won’t be seeing Lori around anymore. I had enough of that skank when she was alive.
Carl: I think the character is great, but the actor plays poorly. And he does walk strangely, kind of hops all the time… I’d love to be in zombieland with my son…
Also sick of Rick and his Lori antics, but the episode with Morgan marked the end of it I think. As was already said, we had enough of that skank already…
Michonne is great, but am I the only one thinking that she was too much the silent killer before and suddenly she takes this rainbow horse cos’ it’s “too damn gorgeous”? Nice to see her open up, but hopefuly she won’t start to cry in the next episodes!
And what about that backpacker? Besides having lost all their humanity by not taking survivors begging for help (although they have a huge prison) they also lose the possibility of getting the group bigger and start building a town. You can take guys, put them in a controlled cell block (you can do that in a prison), testing the newbies for a while, then include them in the group somehow. It is not that difficult…

In the first season, when Rick Is reunited with Lori and Carl, as well as the rest… There is a point where Rick and Shane walk to the car and Shane talks about what happened after everyone was separated… At one point during the discussion he gives him the 357. Round and tells him they kept it after something about a firing range and clearing out the weapon stocks… Then Rick puts it in his pocket, the se exact gesture went on with Michonne and he even had a sense of distrust at first when they were talking… Then he trusted her… Would need to find the old scene but really random thing to just add in for no reason… Maybe a way to say new begining and to let go of the past.

I got the impression that Rick thought he hallucinated the backpacker until he saw the pile of gore and backpack at the end of the episode.
Nope they just lost the will to help other survivors… Pretty obvious after the way they treated everyone else they came into contact with recently, like tyreeses group… They seem very against taking anyone else into the group.
I think the schizo stuff is over now… The only hallucinations Rick ever saw was of his wifec and hearing the voiced of the old dead group on the phone…
To integrate a group is more dangerous and difficult, because the group has its own dynamic already and the allegiance to the new group can be more problematic, and in any case takes more time. But a guy that’s walking alone with his backpack, what do you risk? I mean, I would be careful and all, but I would definitely stop.
Again, strategically speaking, you have to have a “recruitment” scheme, cos bigger is better (I shouldn’t need to address that point on T Nation forums!), cos people die a lot so you need new arms to do what needs to be done, and it will also automatically improve the morale and overall status of the group (different people to talk to, everybody can bring soomething different to the group, etc.).
Let me be with my son in zombieland. we would have fun everyday!
Rick is the one who threw Tyreese’s group out. The rest of the group wanted to have them, for the points I mentioned:
- it’s the humane thing to do
- you get a stronger group, so you can defend yourself better, but not only; you can just do more, like sweeping for cleaners, building stuff etc.
- another point, if you’ve never been for a long time with a small group of people: you cannot stand them after a while, not matter what. When you have more people, or you include people in your group, you get fresh blood, fresh stories, fresh competences etc.
So it’s not only really bad, it’s also stupid.
OK, integrating an already existing group, which is likely to be the case is more difficult, but in the case of 1 backpacker, really you don’t risk anything…
