They better not kill Daryl. I’m sure they will write him living.
Maybe Andrea will finally figure out that the gov is unstable and help the Dixon brothers.
The latest black guy seams alright, but I refuse to call him by name or get involed in his character unless there is some actual character development going on. Until then, he is simply Dark Meat.
Good episode overall.
Also, the episode gave some hope for Michone. Perhaps she has some humanity left in her after all.
Now that the gov lost an eye, I sort of want him to stay. Just imagine the fabulous eye patches he can have?
I hope the next one to die is Hershal. He’s old and lame. No reason to keep him around anymore.

Hey now, don’t go killing off our only medical professional
Lol @ Hershel. Poor guy lost his religion(and leg), grew a beard and ponytail. He did bandage up Michonne. I was hoping his farming knowledge would of panned out by now, but I see no crops at the prison! lol
I agree with Daryl, hate to see him go. If he does die it better be a badass death. I think I read something about him sacrificing himself for the group, some martyr type shit. But don’t remember where I read it.
In the next episode preview there’s a brief clip of Glenn saying “what the hell is he doing here” and pointing his weapon off camera and Rick trying to calm him down. Is that perhaps Merle and Daryl making back to prison?
Whats up with Glenn tell Michonne “we can end this tonight”?
Lol at the Gov hanging out window all driveby stylee!

Andrea has Eva Braun’s taste in men. She saw the dead daughter and wall o heads and wen’t “Wow, he’s vulnerable too!” She is going to double down on stupid.
Oscar, a.k.a. T-2.0, was always filler. T-3.0 is Tyreese. Who was a huge bad ass in the comics. They just have to not screw him up, like they did Carl for 2 seasons and Andrea the whole series, and he will be great.
I am biased. Her character is so cool in the comic that they will have to give her the Andrea treatment before I go negative.(Comic Andrea is awesome, capable, and endeering. TV Andrea is a canary for “bad” relationships and mis-placed trust.) I think the actress that plays Michone is out of her depth though. Not everyone can handle a “low dialouge” high screen time character.
Fuck that. He needs killing. If he breaks like he did in the comic he is going to need it even more.
He is the doctor, the farmer, and has actually shown character development. I hope he stays.
I like Carl 2.0 and the changes in Glen and Maggie. They managed to keep showing the “hardening” of those characters due to experience instead of only doing the “hard reset” over the winter. Also, I like how Daryl is getting more and more “socialized”. This season has lived up to expectations in my mind.

Good post as always from Robert. But I still think that Andrea can be awoken from whatever fog she is in and redeam herself by helping the Dixon brothers escape.
This season has turned out to be so much better than last season.

How many more episodes until Carl busts a cap in that guy’s ass for talking to his woman?
He will probably be Carl’s first non-walker kill.
I’m thinking these two knuckleheads will end up getting popped first. They really do not know who they’re fucking with.

The Governor’s concubine is a spaz, but it looks like she at least makes some kind of attempt. They just better not have Gov hand her a gun to kill Daryl, to try touching back on the whole “next time you shoot me, you better pray I’m dead” line from last season.
In other news, this happened after this week’s episode in a town 10 minutes from me. “Man Shoots Girlfriend in a Fight Over The Walking Dead.”:
Seems like he said a military virus could’ve caused the outbreak in the show, she said that was a ridiculous idea, so he shot her (in the back, not the head. She survived).

So how long will the latest token black guy last?

I think this one will be here for a bit. I recognize that actor from a bunch of stuff.
Yeah I immediately had to run to imdb to figure out where I know him from. The main one is the Wire. I wonder if he’s also a Brit :P
The WIre! that’s where I remember him from (the only thing)

Yeah so I have high expectations from him as a character!

I hope so, because the Andrea from the comics is great. Of course so was the Dale from the comics…
As for this season being better than season 2. I have had bacterial infections that were more fun, and shorter lived than last season.
I cannot remember if this was posted before, but here is a season 2 deleted scene that I really feel should have been aired. I have a hard time understanding why they cut this, and allowed all the suck.

I do not care Who bites it next, Hershel does not die until he passes on the secret of His Infinite Shotgun.
At least we now know how Rick’s group have an ammo shortage.
I think that the shows production staff is not only not “gun guys”, but they really don’t particularly care for accuracy. I am fine with it. It’s a show about zombies, so how torqued can I get about infinite ammo, no rear sight on an M4, no front sight on a glock, a bent rifle barrel, suppressors that would break the guns(no recoil enhancers), plus medical issues.
I notice the stuff, but it doesn’t bug me as bad as bad writing/poor characters. This season made huge strides in those, so I don’t really care if the guns stay screwy.
