Vitamins with Test, Deca, Dbol stack

I’m currently open to suggestions for vitamins for my next cycle of Test , Deca and Dbol.

I currently take milk thistle for my liver but not sure what else is going to be suitable for this.

Please help.

Why would you think you need anything to begin with? Some people think liver protection is effective but I have my doubts. Other than that whatever a natural person thinks they need would be the same for you.

Trimethylglycine (also called betaine anhydrous or TMG) is one of the most researched dietary compounds that offers liver protection.

Milk thistle…mmmm, the literature is soft on.

TMG supplies methyl groups which are the key players in detox pathway (the real detox pathway, not the made up "detox " nonsense most people reference).

TMG has a good amout of literature supporting its use for pretty profound hepatic protection from alcohol, acetaminophen, and some other compounds used to induce liver injury. No studies using it with Dbol but it literally wouldn’t hurt to use whilst on an oral.

Plus you get free glycine at the end for some joint benefits.

I started seeing studies on TMG pop up over 15 years ago, closer to 20. Now it’s the “new” trendy supplement for all the life extension nuts. Huberman and Attia act like they personally just discovered it, lol. What’s old is new…

Just trying to prevent any damage as I plan on using for a long-term period.

I want to experiment with my body and push it to its limits and I understand it comes with a cost.

But, I do want to do everything possible to protect any vital organs that may be affected, which I think is valid.

After doing some research on TMG I think I will make a purchase and trial it to see if it works for my body.

Thank you for your help!

Truth, you’re injecting a bazooka and asking if any slingshots will help defend you. The answer is no. If you’re going to be a chronic user your best defense is frequent blood work and visits to the cardiologist for work ups.

You guys ever look into glutathione?

Yes, research indicates its powerful antioxidant effects. But I haven’t taken it. I do take 400mg of CoQ10, split into twice a day, which is another well-studied, powerful antioxidant. I have CFS, and it’s part of a medley my CFS doctor has asked me to take, along with high-dose B1, magnesium, etc.
