I complained that they powder drinks were not as good as the container drinks.

A few days ago, I accidentally bought “Six Star Casein Protein” powder Triple Chocolate, instead of the Whey Protein Container I had been using.

OMG! The taste is amazing. There is less protein per serving, but the flavor is rich, and taste like the chocolate pre-mix shakes.

I had to look up the difference:

Casein and whey protein are both derived from milk. They differ in digestion times — casein digests slowly, making it good before bedtime, while whey digests quickly and is ideal for workouts and muscle growth. Both contain different bioactive compounds that may boost your immune system and offer other benefits.

I’m not sure the difference is relevant for me, but just on flavor alone, I will stick with the casein version.
