Thumb surgery in one week.

Surgery complete. My thumb has multiple pins at the moment.
Body is a mess. Considering trying BPC157, anyone have experience with it?

Haven’t posted in a while mostly cause I wasn’t lifting after my surgery.

Let’s get back to it. Body weight is down, strength is down. Some fancy machine I used in Japan last week had my stats at 89.2 kg, 10.9% body fat.

I don’t really have a season anymore. The weekday lacrosse and hockey I play is year round and just for fun. My only truely competitive games are in tournament format 1-2 times per year. I’ll train specifically for those and then taper off.
