Yesterday I did my physio exercises.
Today I received a cortisone shot in my finger. For a long term injury, hurt it playing lacrosse almost 3 years ago. I don’t know if the shot was the right call. Doctor told me it may help with pain or it may weaken the ligaments. Seems like a bad trade-off but she suggested it so I went ahead.

Finally have power back in my gym and tested out my new Wahoo heart rate monitor. I tried to keep my HR at 130 bpm. It was way lower intensity than I expected so I’ve been going pretty hard on my LISS sessions. I should lookup what my HR zone is but 130 sounded about right. Couldn’t keep below 140 on jump rope but rowing and biking was easy to pace. This was one hour.
