Thank you, I think I may still have to pay pizza a visit in two weeks when I have my first cheat meal. Its going to be hard having a long distance relationship though.

Diet is going well so far, it isn’t that big of a struggle not eating shit all of the time, at least not yet.

Day 2 of low carb diet, so far so good. I am already reading various menus online, mostly pizza places, its way better than porn.
I am already feeling the effects of the low carbs on my lifting. I don’t necessarily feel weaker, I just feel kind of like I am dizzy, but its a different sensation, its hard to describe. The rest of the day I feel great though.

My weight is on a nice, steady, downward trend, hopefully it stays that way for a while. Training felt good today, my strength was lacking a bit in the press but that probably has to do with the fact I haven’t done overhead work in 4 weeks.

Thus far I haven’t felt much of a strength decrease, I do feel a little less energetic in the gym without carbs in my diet though. Whenever I feel like using low carbs as an excuse in the gym I think of what Alpha wrote in his log once. I don’t remember the exact words but it was something to the effect of “if soldiers can still fight after days without food, I can do some giant sets on a low carb diet.”

Well I had a pretty awesome cheat meal on Wednesday. 40 cent wing night at DJs Dugout so I got 18 wings and a basket of waffle fries, ate it all, easily could have kept going. I was planning on going 2 weeks before my first one but what the hell why not.
As a result my weight went way back up and is just now getting back to where it was.
Morning weight 22nd- 261 ish, somewhere in there.

GREAT training today, got a bench PR I am very pleased with, I think smolov jr definitely did me some good.
