Views on Myprotein Impact Whey?

Hey guys…I have used different supplements and am currently using myprotein…its labdoor test attracted me towards this product. However the company says that their product doesn’t have digestive enzymes but whey is digestible without enzymes too. I’ve heard that whey protein needs enzymes…Does anyone use this brand? Is it effective? There’s another brand named ‘GoNutrition’ . This brand is started by the former owner of myprotein after he sold myprotein to some other company. So has anyone heard of it? Should I go for it?
By the way, San titanium fits my budget too, is that a good protein?

Why not just buy Metabolic Drive? It really is the best protein I have bought.

But it isn’t available in my country. I have a few protein shakes that fit my budget.
myprotein impact whey
Musclepharm
San Titanium
Nitrotech (performance series)
Gonutrition. (it’s a really young brand. Started by the former owner of Myprotein. No 3rd party lab tests though)

dude, you’re worrying about the wrong things. You are faaaaaaar from a level where protein brand is going to make a bit of difference. Hell, I’m at an elite level and I can tell you that, if I used protein powders (which I don’t, and honestly you don’t need to either), I would just pick based on flavor. That’s really all that matters.

Dude, the problem is, I’m a lacto vegeterian. Believe me, if I were an eggeterian or a meat eater, i’d never consider protein shakes. Plus, I do eat protein rich foods too. Plus I’m busy nowadays so whey protein would be a good option for convinience. The problem with being a lacto vegeterian is that milk is the only thing one can have without cooking, and I do drink milk! About a litre or sometimes 3 cups…but it isn’t enough for meeting my protein goals…

that’s fine. you still don’t need to worry about brand.

I drink a lot of milk, I support that.

Why can’t you cook?

and that’s not much. When I was trying to gain weight when I started lifting, I drank a gallon every day.

Reason 1. No time
Reason 2 . I don’t know how to…
Also, I love milk! I can drink 10 full cups, but I heard that it’s unsafe to drink to too much of it.

How much milk did you drink when you were bulking?

bullshit. you’re a kid. you have plenty of time. you’re just not using your time wisely. you could spend an hour once a week cooking, and have meals for multiple days.

not a reasonable excuse. You’re not a 5 year old. So you’re old enough to learn. My 4 year old son is already learning. You have the internet, you can learn if you actually want to.

I already answered this. I said a gallon. Even when I’m not ‘bulking’ I drink half a gallon most days.

Fine. A gallon is way too much. But I’ll gradually increase my milk intake…

And I’m already having cottage cheese… But that’s the only thing I know how to cook. Beans are other things are incomplete right? And should I count protein coming from breads and nuts? Also, if I take milk pre and post workout, should I go for whole milk? Heard one needs fast digesting protein…also I previously posted here and many said I’m drinking too much milk…

You can stay as small as you want, doesn’t hurt my feelings. I weighed 125 lbs when I started. It worked for me. But of course, I’m sure you know how to do this better than I do.

Dude! I didnt even say that. I said that a gallon wouldn’t suit me if I start it tomorrow so I should gradually increase it to make sure I comfortably drink a gallon…

you’re really not understanding how unimportant the details are at your level.

It does not matter what kind of protein you get right now. It does not matter what your carb sources are. As long as you’re taking in a lot of calories and lifting, you’ll grow. Stop making this so complicated. You’re getting bogged down in details that don’t matter AT ALL. You seriously aren’t even at a point where you need to be asking questions on forums. If all you did was eat literally as much as you can stomach, every day, and lift weights 3-5 days per week on ANY established program, you’d put on a ton of muscle. You could do that for a solid 2 years and likely continually make progress.

like I said, you can learn. You have the internet. Just start investing in the skill. It’s a basic human skill that everyone should know. You should have learned this well before you even started lifting.

no.

I go through tons of the myprotein impact whey, chocolate stevia version. But I use it to make a mug cake style dessert. I’ve tried loads of powders but nothing comes close to taste and texture for this purpose. For general use outside workout windows, I use collagen as there is some science around its benefits.
