You know, the shoes with toes… Does anyone wear them? What do you think?
I’ve got a pair of the classic ones and they’re awesome.
A lot of guys at my unit wear them at work(we wear PT gear all day, normally). Guys swear by them. Our S&C/ATC guy is buying some for T&E, with the intent of trying to get WARCOM to pay for them(I doubt that will happen).
Best lifting shoes ever. I have the ones in the pic (KSO).
I just got a pair of the Flows. I can’t wait to run in them tomorrow. Most comfortable shoe I’ve ever worn, though they did take a bit of effort to get into.
anyone with really flat feet have them?
I have a pair of Nike Free shoes, how would you compare the two? Thank you.
I have the same ones as in the picture that I use for lifting and then I also have a pair that are more of a grey/dark grey sprint model that I use for days where its hot enough to wear shorts/flip flops, except I wear vibrams instead of flip flops!
I absolutely LOVE them! Wish I could wear them at work too…but sadly I can’t
Come on Josh you should wear them. You can start a trend! LOL

Yes, mine are very flat. My flippers like the KSOs.
I have a pair of the Five Finger Sprints. They’re great, machine washable as well!

I have the frees, too. I was wondering how they compare to the vibrams.
Do these shoes last a while? I’d hate to shell out the cash and have them dead in 6 months…

I work in an office and we have a lame business casual dresscode where I have to wear a button up, slacks, and dress shoes every day or I would! I have however worn them when I come in on the weekends. =)
About the flat feet, my feet are seriously as flat as it gets and I love them. But then again I was already used to being barefoot a lot as I spend 99% of my time on the weekends either barefoot or in flip flops.

I’ve only had mine for about 3 months now, but I wear them every day to lift in and so far they show no signs of wear at all. Wish I could comment more on their longevity.

I’ve had my brown KSOs for 6 months and have worn em a LOT, no signs of wear. And I’m wearing these things on 3 mile walks on pavement. Vibram knows how to build tough soles. I like these shoes so much I made them my avatar.

They have cured my shin splints, and I’d tried everything over the last 10 years. I was almost ready to give up. Read this article How We're Wrecking Our Feet With Every Step We Take -- New York Magazine - Nymag
I just bought some KSOs. havn’t had a chance to wear them around yet though.
does anyone have the socks? do they make a big difference?

They’re comfortable as fuck, so buy them anyway.
Some chick at my gym has a pair… they’ve always intrigued me… I’m gunna look into these…
