I stop in from time to time and as usual names come and go. Just curious as to how many of the older vets still lurk here? Names like cortes, bushido, pris, wideguy, morepain, inthezone, furiousgeorge…even older like warhorse, trenfreak etc…any of you guys still pop in?

based off the cycles and questions i see here regularly, i think a lot of the vets got tired of answering the same questions by people who were too lazy to research, or the crazy-ass “broscience” that gets perpetuated as fact.

I think also you get to a point where experience means you just do it…and don’t need to fact check, ask for opinon, or look for verification if you’re “doing it right”. At some point, after years of experience, the forums become less of a needful tool. And then there is the things cyco mentioned.

Yep. These vets input are missed no doubt about it. I still read the forum as you do come up on the occasional gem once in a while. For vets, those came about less and less, and most probably they were getting tons of questions.
