A Couple of months ago i checked my through level. It was 650.
Now it gets a bit difficult.
So: i was on 200 mg Test all the time. Then i decided to go 125 mg for 2 weeks After 2 weeks i decided to with 200 again. A week later i got tested before the next shot.
Was that through level from the 125mg?
How Long would it need for the 200 mg to reach the system after a Break of 2-3 weeks?

It takes 6 weeks for blood levels to stabilize, your trough will then change if measure at 6 weeks. You measured levels which were still fluctuating, so your trough was the result of both 200mg and 125mg.
