@PKNY, where are you injecting? We cant draw up the test with such a small needle. So are you drawing up with a larger gauge needle, and then pulling apart the smaller syringe, and fillining it up?
I inject IM in my delts. Really the most painless injection site.
But, I use test prop and inject daily 12.5mg. I have done 25mg injections into my
delts no problem, and I’ve seen guys do 1.5ml too, but they were using a 1" needle.
I have no problem drawing the T into slin pins at all, takes maybe a minute.
I usually set my bottle in about an inch of hot tap water for a few minutes before
I draw the test into it, seems to make it a little faster.
You can buy them and other syringes at allegro medical with no rx (Google them).

I’m supposed to take my normal .8mg adex this evening, cant tell if i’m feeling anxious or not. That’s was usually the sign, I thought for high E2. After re-reading, realized that’s a symptom of low E2. Should I skip, and see how I feel tomorrow? I feel a little less spry today, and less confident for some reason, and everyonce in a while a hot flash.
Is there a transition period from going to lower doses of T? Should I just ride it out for a few days till its obvious?
Hot flashes are high E and anxiety could be either for me. You need to decide what protocol you’re going to try next, run it for a few weeks and retest. You start jacking with dosages based on how you feel, you’ll never have a solid protocol to verify and tweak via actual blood work. results.

You have to commit to the protocol.
You take the dose when scheduled and ride it out…two weeks min.

Is it possible, that the .8mg Adex is crashing my E2? Just a note, I have also decreased my last test dose to 50mg split in half, rather than the overdose of 200mg split in half. 
.8 EOD would be way too much for me.
@dhickey Really? So, i’m taking .25mg, grinding it adding 1mg vodka, and then taking .33ml. Any suggestions? I might e able to less.

So not .8mg then. .08mg. That would not be too much. you’re good.
You might as well mix up more than that at one time. 1mg in 4ml vodka. 2mg in 8ml vodka. Your dose would still be .33ml. Just put in something you can shake up occasionally.
As I grind the Adex, there is still a good bit left on the pestle. I try to squirt the 1mg vodka on to the pestle first into the mortar. Then i use the syringe (without the needle) and rub/mix the solution in the mortar till it gets milky, and appears as though the Adex has dissolved. Is there a better way?
I did take my .08mg dose last night. Nothing noteworthy to report this morning. ( I have been on .08 EOD for 3 weeks or so)
I do need to clarify something. I have had libido all along, think about sex as often as usual. In my haste and frustration, I lumped in with a lack of erection. This is my greatest concern here in the very near future (next Thursday) any suggestions? expectations? As I am now on a reduced dose from 200mg of test twice a week to 50mg, started that dose last Friday, and Sunday.
I am seeing doc today, to see if I can get Aromasin as I hear its easier to deal with as i appear to be an over responder of Adex. I am also considering asking for Viagra!

Hack, I think you went from 200mg per week to 100mg per week.
Because of the half life of Cyp, it will take about 10-12 days for your free T
to fall to the top of the range. As the days go by you should feel a little better each
day, and libido and erection strength should improve.
For sure ask for Aromasin.
And, as it seems you are psyching yourself into some performance anxiety, definitely
ask for V. I keep some around myself, and when I feel a little off I still use it.
If you’ve never experienced it, your in for a treat! Even for guys with no erection
trouble it works wonders.
Once you get TRT dialed in and balanced well you won’t need it, but it’s still nice to have
around.
@PKNY your right, thanks, keep forgetting it was 200MG/ml.
I’m a little concerned about V. lets say, i’m with a girl, during the day, but cant really do anything will my erection go back down in short period of time, or will it be hard till after sex? I’ll need to exercise some control this weekend, but still want a full erection, may not have sex however.
Also getting blood work today while at doc.
Take the V an hour before you think there is a chance you’ll need it.
Your good for 4-6 hours on one 50mg dose.
I even notice its effects somewhat the next day.
My wife always knows when I take it, it’s that good.
@PKNY Let me be more specific, if I get hard, can I also have it go down without orgasm?
BTW, got meds from doc. I got exemestane, but these are tablets, not liquid. V. Blood work as well.

On the extremestane, they should be 25mg tablets.
take 1/4 of a pill EOD. I cut mine into quarters with an x acto knife.
Prescription AI’s all come pill form, its the research chemical versions that you can
buy without an RX that come liquid form. Liqidex (adex) is usually decent, but I
have yet to find a liquid version of extremestane that is any good.
Not sure I follow your question on the V.
When you take V, it doesn’t just give you an erection if you don’t
have sex on the mind. For example, you can take it thinking you are going to have sex
and you will become erect, mad erect super boner. But say, your girl gets an emergency
call and has to leave before you get down to business, your erection will go away.
But make no mistake, take V and once it takes hold and you are on your way to home plate,
you will have zero issues with erection strength.
Great drug imo.
