I know. yes. STILL.

Fridays workout:

glut act x 2

deadlift
kg x set x reps
55 x 3 x 5
65 x 3 x 5
75 x 1 x 5
75 x 1 x 1 - that was enough.

HLRS
BW x 1 x 8
BW x 1 x 7
BW x 1 x 6
BW x 1 x 5
BW x 1 x 4
Bw x hang as long as I can

so this weekend I went camping. I forgot my sleeping bag. so that was cold.
I walked about 20-30km 12 - 18miles. At somepoint i caught up with an 83 year old woman who walked 5km and back every day for a beer. Also met a nice couple who talked to me for 4 hours about what I wanted to do with my life. I’m sick of thinking about it, I just want to work at Starbucks.

good news is that my running shows - i walked in them- and they dont hurt my feet anymore. So i can run/walk in the mornings? and lift in the evenings. i’ll try that tomorrow…this monday was a holiday here… hence camping, etc.

How was the weather? I know it’s been stupidly hot here in England (although normal service has resumed as of today…rain forecast for the rest of the week). I’d think going sans sleeping bag in autumn would be pretty chilly, though. Doh.

Glad the shoes are feeling better. And Germans really love their beer, don’t they? Did you manage to get to Oktoberfest?

starbucks, lol. I’m sick of thinking about it too. Lets just open our own coffee shop together!

Glad the running shoes feel good. I think am cardio, pm lifting sounds like a good plan. It may take some time to adapt to the increase in cardio, but that’s life.

damn - no sleeping bag? was someone kind enough to share?

its gonna take a while for me to get used to doing both in one DAY. let alone… cardio am.
but like i said - hardest part, convincing myself to get out of warm bed. everything else is wonderful.

Yes, cardiovascular fitness. And you don’t need to run everday…

or ever

You’ve probably seen it, but if not…It’s a fun little movie.

Hey girl! I support your cardio efforts. Strength. Endurance. Flexibility. It’s all good.

I’ve had a couple more lessons with the rower and I’m getting into my groove. Loving it! It’s like a squat, no? My friend who is so awesome at it is 5’10". She’s way more efficient and she makes it all look soo easy, but I’m improving and it’s feeling more natural all the time.

i got up at 6am and ran this morning for 50min. it’s getting easier. my reward is cardiovascular fitness. thanks nadia.

lol PP… yeah!!! glad you still like the rowing!! did you do a 2k TEST yet?

50 min of running at 6am? Thanks for making me feel like a spoiled pussy for running late at night and, ahem, slightly less. As always, your an awesome inspiration. Thanks.

How’s the running going? Are you still at it. Update please.

Where is ThePerfectAss?
