Veggies as Only Source of Carbs

Is it a good idea to have most of your carbohydrates from vegetables? Ive discovered that I’m very sensitive to starchy carbs, bloat really easy off small starchy carbs.

I normally use canned vegetables since their cheap and easy, but my real question is the difference between say 50g carbs from vegetables and 50g carbs from oatmeal?

Depending on the vegetables you would probably have a lot more vitamins and fiber from the vegetables.

Canned stuff is usually pretty high in sodium though… which won’t help for bloat… try frozen as an alternative to fresh…

just found out frozen is just as cheap as canned, so as far as the carbs themselves go, its a good alternative? I’m even wondering if i can up my carb intake on vegetables without any problems

Used veggie as my only carb source during my own transformation. I had one carb up meal every 3 - 4 days where I used sweet potatoes.

damn your tat is insane. Must have hurt like hell. Very nice though. Looks very realistic.
