I have been a Vegetarian for the past 5 years, would I be a good responder to creatine seeing as i get very little in my diet? I am also considering eating meat again, so please no comments " you’re a pussy eat meat"
You would benefit from creatine most likely.
Creatine does appear in animal products, but in much smaller dosages than most people imagine.
you would be healthier if you ate meat. And yes you probably would benefit
another question then. If i started eating meat, do you think i would make better gains in fat loss/muscle gain. Obviously with a clean diet my current workout plan (531)

Eating as nature intended will indeed improve composition, recovery and ability.
5/3/1 + Meat + Sleep = RAWRRR.
Goodluck, Omnivore.

Fat loss: The body needs carnitine to get long-chain fatty acids into the mitochondria and use them as fuel. We get a lot of that from meat and carnitine is something vegetarians can be deficient in, so yes, eating meat will help in fat loss.
Muscle gain: Eating muscle will probably give you exactly what you need to build muscle. Of course whey and stuff helps as well, but I guess a nice steak contains quite a lot of BCAAs and works better.
Glad to have you rejoining our team!
its been a couple of days and ive had some chicken and beef… not as much as some meat eaters but damn it feels good
As a vegan, you are doing the right thing. I just finished a book about reversing diabetes. It outlined a number of studies concerning blood pressure, clean veins, and blood sugar levels. I have been moving closer and closer to vegan. Any time you doubt your self go to www.billpearl.com. His is the oldest man to become Mr. Olympia, and is a vegan.
Reference the creatine. When studies were first being done the product was mixed with hot green tea, and worked well. If you have two glasses of water, one hot water and the other cold water, mix a sample of creatine in each glass. You will find that the creatine desolves best in the hot water/tea.
Good luck to you, you are doing the right thing.
