Yes. go for it will have tons of benefits, energy, skin , cognitive function etc
Just a personal opinion- when hot root veggies like radishes, ginger, etc. are combined with hot peppers (oils) the hot is exponential, so I’d be cautious with that. Some people like that though. ![]()
Even in fat-loss I eat as many vegetables as I want
I try to eat vegetables all the time. They are useful not only for our body, but for our mind also. Moreover, they are digested quickly.
