Nope. Not to be mean, but it just looks like straight lines in that photo.
Now that I think about it, I think you posted a mirror reflection once, and I DID see curves…
Anyway, the photo just surprised me a bit.
PS: “Minimizing bras?” That’s just plain mean!

But imagine the delightful surprise awaiting the man who takes the time to answer all my questions about his work and his family (extended of course), his views on gender roles, which is his favorite plucky underdog movie, and etc.
I took another look at the pic. I think it’s kind of deceptive. The sweater is actually pretty boxy and loose at the bottom, which it doesn’t appear in the pic. Funny angle, maybe.

Well, before I would submit to this, consider this:

But you view it all as a system of gains and losses and not everyone does. Many people think it’s pretty good fun to sit with me over a glass of wine or a beer and talk about the merits of Rocky vs. Unforgiven or to talk about how they spend their days and hear about some of the goofy shit that happens in my gig. Not everyone is looking to score as quickly as possible so they can get back home to their computers to start working up the next score on OKC.
You also imagine that these are tests I’m administering to find out if he’s beta enough to put up with my shit. Maybe, but I don’t think so. I really just want to get to know him. I ask questions of almost everyone I meet and most people like me very well, both women and men. In fact, people pay (or their insurance does) to talk to me. I’m THAT good at it. So it’s not a matter of who does the submitting. Ideally everyone does so, happily. In the same way that my sexual submission is ultimately as rewarding for me as for him, submitting to the questions of a lively and interested woman is to his gain, not loss.
Everyone CAN win, orion. It is possible. But you have to play a different kind of game.
Nah, I’ve hit my pic-posting limit for this quarter. Besides, wouldn’t posting another defeat the purpose of having chosen an unrevealing pic in the first place?
Meanwhile, back to Valentine’s Day, I’m sick. I’m expecting to be on the upswing by Thursday, but given that there was some close contact over the weekend I think it highly likely that my Valentine will be similarly snuffly and runny-eyed before too long.

Sorry to hear that.
Please take care.[/quote]
Eh, no worries. It’s just a cold. There will be plenty of other days for dinner and making out in fancy unders if one or the other of us is too sick for Thursday.
Besides, I’m having an exceptionally good week. I’ve decided I love my new job and several unexpectedly nice things have happened unrelated to work. I particularly like nice things to happen, so a stuffy nose is of minimal concern.
I’ve decided I need to get the boyfriend a VD card, though. BECAUSE I DON’T LISTEN.
It just feels weird to do nothing. What if he thinks I don’t care? So now I’m going to be stuck shopping for it on the day before. I’ll be in the card store with the men; the only woman who didn’t take care of it in a timely manner.

Maybe it’s just me, but the term “a VD card” is a bit unpleasant. I’m going to stick with “a V-Day card.”

I’ve gotten V-Day cards, and V-cards, but thankfully never a VD-card!

“Darling, look! I got my lab report back! The infection is all cleared up!”

LOOK. I don’t want him to come over here tomorrow and hand me a card and then give me an expectant look and…what? I JUST STAND THERE LOOKING ENTITLED? No. Maybe next year. I’m going to watch closely for disinterest when he opens the card.
My cold is almost gone and he seems not to have gotten it. I’m excited! Although if it weren’t V-Day week we’d be doing our usual Wednesday thing tonight, which I’m also always excited about, so it’s probably a wash, excitement-wise, but that’s okay.
