thats rougly a 16lb fat loss with NO muscle loss in 4 weeks. Could happen if everything goes spot on yes realistic from what ive read on the V-diet no a guarantee no one can give that Id say follow it to the T and see what happens
As for the supplements, just search for the Velocity Diet. As for the amount of shakes, it’s not really that difficult. Look on the label and see how much protein and calories are in each scoop. You already figured out your daily totals.

I like most shakes so
i dont think there will bre a problem following it.
I love the raspberry Surge so if anyone can suggest a flavor of protein shake with a simmiliar taste, that would be great.
again ai anyone can give me more info on amount of shakes and other supps I’ll need daily it would halp alot.
Do five 2 scoop Metabolic Drive shakes a day and one single scoop That’s 1100 calories, 220 g protein and 44g carbs. Add in milled flaxseed 4 tablesoons for a total of 180 cal, 6g protein and 5g carbs. Flameout 4 capsules adds 52 cal vs fish oil that can be up to 10 cal per capsule.
This will get you to 1332 cal, protein is a little light at 226g vs 1.5 x your weight. I don’t think it hurt me though.
Only thing is that your carbs are real low on non workout days, you may look at changing one scoop or two to regular Metabolic or a scoop of Gatorade at 33 g carbs but 130 cal in the morning.
I’m assuming you are using HOT-ROX as well. Some add peanut butter to their last shake, but I would rather have the 100 cal with a 20 g protein shake. For flavor, get a couple of different ones, it’s nice to look forward to something a little different.
On workout days you’ll add 350 cal of Surge with 49g carbs keeping you under your 100g of carbs per day and adding an additional 25 g protein
I went from 185 to 168 never felt weak at the gym.
Don’t go crazy on your cheat meal.
Some come off this and transition to another diet. I spent a lot of time reading and educating myself from the great articles in the roundtable forms on proteins, carbs and fats. With my new BMI, I have a plan set out to eat better. Carbs and protein in the morning, fats and protein in the evening with protein at 1.5 and at every meal

Do I take the Flameout everyday or just on the workout days and on non-workout days take the 21 salmon oil capsyles?
Can I still add creatine to my Surge post workout? What about various other Spike Shooter or multi vitimans?
sorry for the consfusion but I want to get this right haha
I took multi-vitamins and greens+ as it’s essential to get enough vitamins during these diets.
You can still add creatine to your Surge.
About the Spike Shooter, I tried to use it during the diet since I was lacking in energy, it being calorie/carb-less and high in caffine. It honestly didn’t do anything for me though, I’m thinking it’s the complete lack of carbs since that isn’t the case now. Might just be me though.
Can I replace oatmeal with egg whites, say with chicken, diced onions and tomatos? Or is that over doing it?
How many tubs of protein am I going to need? I figure 3 bottles of Flameout will be enough, I already have a bottle and half of HOT-ROX and 3 tubs of Surge.
