Ok so I was planning on starting the V-diet . weighed myself today and I way about 283. I did all the calculations and i’m having trouble getting enough protein. Can anyone help or maybe I calculated it wrong can anyone whose done the diet recalculate for me and tell me what i’ll need? thank you

Well the obvious question is how did u calculate it?
Low: 1883 Calories = 3 Scoops Per Serving
High: 2260 Calories = 3.5 Scoops Per Serving
(6 Servings Per Day)
Am I missing something here? Is this what you came up with?

Yeah its was just that I was doing 2 scoops per serving and I wasnt getting enough protein a day (the 1 gram per pound rule) so thank you
