Uvalde School Shooting

Groups of people are classified by labels that are often used to push an agenda.

The Uvalde shooter is labled an American male (negative connotation)
Had he been denied a job, he would be labeled a racial minority (positive connotation)

At this time in America I am the scourge of the earth. I am an American male of Northern European descent. The is no label of any greater negative connotation. My group is responsible for all the ills of the world.

Just out of curiosity, how many races are there? I cannot keep up. Back in the 1960’s there were only 3 races.

There has always been only one.

What race?

Yeah.

I went to a kids birthday party this weekend at one of those giant indoor trampoline parks, probably about 400 people total. A big storm rolled in and knocked out the power, so the place blacked out for a minute before the emergency lights came on.

My first resonse was to get my kiddo, get him clear & safe, then find out what was going on.

A throng of a few hundred scared and confused kids and parents is a real mess in its own rite, even without any other threats present.

Although I am not a physical anthropologist, from what I understand, there are three, in which there are several branches, and obviously hybrid races that resulted from admixture. For one example, whites is one of the three races but have subgroups like Mediterranean, Nordic, and Alpine. This is easily identified simply by looking at them, in the same way one with a more trained eye can tell I’m Jewish (we’re a mixed race though).

I know some people get uptight with talk about such constructs l and I don’t know why, especially considering it’s apparent simply by looking at people. I personally find the topic interesting. Some also consider it ā€œoutdatedā€ though I don’t know how such constructs can be.

I suppose people can counter this if they wish, and I already know what will be said in opposition.

Race has more than one definition.

Feel free to use your own definition for ā€œraceā€

Homo sapiens sapiens.

What dictionary and what definition is it out of the many definitions?

Google the definition of race.

That’s actually proper protocol HAD they actually done what they should’ve.

Christ it hurts my fucking heart. Ive been on shootings with child victims. It never leaves you. Ever.

Yeah but they didn’t and were sitting around like cowards fucking off.

I’d have a really hard time not retaliating in some national news way for their inaction had my child died because of their inaction.

Caucasoid, negroid and mongoloid? I’d guess with migration patterns over the last couple hundred years those waters have muddied greatly, especially in north and south America.

Food for thought on mass shootings. I have a list in my head of theories for the causes of this mostly American phenomenon. Two of them are hefty psychiatric-medication use and high prevalence of mental illness, much of which I think is caused by modern American society and untreated.

What in particular about our current society?

I agree with you. I am just curious as to your reasoning on this particularly.

Thanks.

I’m short on time right now, so I’ll make it short. Much of American society and its ā€œcultureā€ are perverse, alienating, degenerate, and maladaptive. I’ll try to expand on this in the next few days (I’m sure you know how jammed summer schedules can be), though if one wanted to, he can turn this subject into a lengthy essay. Books have been written on the erosion of American society.

For reasons unbeknownst to me, some men literally get angry at mention of this matter.

Why do you think it is the SSRI causing the violence rather than the underlying psychiatric conditions? I know everyone is different, but SSRIs have saved my life.

Not Brick, but I think SSRIs are over-prescribed in the US (along with other drugs as well). I believe there was some mention or study or something that showed many mass shooters weren’t actively on SSRIs, but that they had recently stopped taking their meds. Feel free to double-check me on this, it was something I heard on a few Joe Rogan podcasts so I hadn’t searched for it myself.
