Yesterday was a LISS kinda day. Did 20 minutes on the bike about 11 miles.

Week 2 recap:
Weight steady at 227.5. Decent week, food choices were solid. We did have Sushi yesterday so carbs were pretty high for the week, but it’s another week without sweats so that’s a win in my book.
Workouts were good. I missed Friday’s and that would have bothered me before, but I’ve accepted that’s life sometimes.
Week 3 Day 1:
45-minutes of basketball working on shooting/drills with my oldest. That’s at least LISS, right? Lol.
