I was wondering how i could use it to help with weight loss. when do i use it? how long? thanks a lot
Yes it will help with weight loss… But not fat loss as it’s only water and temporary
You will lose water weight that will be immediately put back on as soon as you drink anything (or eat certain foods). This is useless unless you’re trying to cut weight for a weigh in tonight.
I thought it was stated by Thibs in the Physique Clinic that one could use it after lifting before nepa, but only for a short period otherwise it would lead to cortisol
You can use it anytime you want

This isn’t for weightloss though. It was mentioned for recovery purposes.

Headstands, yes. Handstands, sorry. Science has proven them ineffective through extensive clinical trials.
the sauna is tits
sauna = dry heat?
dry heat = fail
steamroom for the win.
where l go the steam room smells like mould
and l wouldnt lay down in there.
sauna on a recount
I find that after my Weightlifting session and cardio that about 20 minutes or so in the Sauna I have less DOMS. I believe the benefit is that you produce a good sweat and that leads to toxins being purged from the body. It may be minimal but still a difference.
Your sauna should have instructions, usually they consist of:
- don’t stay longer than 15 minutes
- don’t fuck with the thermostat
- don’t make grilled cheese sandwiches on the heating element
I had a Finnish girlfriend who had a hot dry sauna in her basement. For those of us who had trouble with the heat, she also had a flexible shower hose in it(with floor drain). I liked the idea that you sweat a lot, and could rinse away the sweat and any toxins that were in the sweat. I really believe it made us more healthy, and did wonders for all over complexion.
No I remember NovaGreg was doing this in his Physique Clinic. The science (I’m not sure) is the heat halts cortisol levels or something to that effect and he did this in between his lifts, I believe. CT then said to only do this for like 3 minutes or less each time otherwise they begin to rise after that.
