Using Power Drive?

I just finnished ordering 1 container of Power Drive, 1 order of chocolate Grow!(the original), and 2 orders or Surge…about one month supply of each, and i have two questions…

What would the most effective way be to use all three suppliments to their highest potential? i work out at about 2pm everyday, other than weekends…My inital idea was to use Grow! on normal days and Surge on hard days and always use Power Drive…

I am on the Track team, on the football team and playing on the Rugby team…Could anything in any of these three suppliements ever be considered a steriod? The fact that that “stimulant” is in the title of Power Drive scared me…

No none of them are or can be mistaken as steroids. Come on!!! Sorry but that stuff just gets old.

Use the Grow! as needed for k/cal and protein intake.

Surge is to be used around your workout. Most taking it immediately after but there is much debate on this as of late with some myself included taking it before. I would suggest just starting by using it as directed and consuming it following your w/o’s to halt catabolism and help create an anabolic environment/ aid recovery and refill glycogen stores.

Powerdrive is good gfor a pre w/o boost. Take it on an empty stomach 1 hour - 45 minutes prior to training or anytime you need a good boost. It is also great for CNS recovery. Main thing being taking it on an empty stomach.

I just read somewhere else that it isnt that good of an idea to use both Surge and Power Drive at the same time…So its all good that i use all three almost everyday?

If it helps, Mr. Barr uses a serving of Surge immediately after his main lift, then after he finishes up the rest of his workout, takes his power drive. 30 minutes later, he finishes the other scoop of Surge.

(1/2 serving Surge, then 1 serving Power Drive post-workout, then 30 minutes post-workout the other 1/2 serving Surge)

His reasoning was the accumulation of the AA’s in the blood stream (for the earlier Surge consumption), and AA receptor competition post-workout for the Power Drive (since the Surge is still working in the blood).

I have used this method only once, but it seems to work really well. I need to use it on a more regular basis in order to prove its efficacy on a personal level.
