I just thought I should put this out there so nobody gets confused:
Just because I don’t powerlift doesn’t mean I don’t squat or deadlift. Thank you though man. Helps me out to show how petty old fucks like yourself can be
Old fucks? What are you, 16? I think you have no idea how old I am, but don’t worry, we will all be old some day.
How old are you then

At this point, is there any doubt that chris and jbackos are unquestionably the two biggest pricks posting on this forum? Their pissing matches have been pretty epic, but pretty much everything else they say drips with an arrogance that far outstrips their respective achievements.
I keep going back and forth on whether I should get an axle as a “second” barbell besides my regular training bar. I’ve no intention of competing, really, just training to be strong and conditioned…posts like this make me think the axle deadlift would be a genuine benefit. It really isn’t that expensive, either…maybe for a Christmas gift to myself…
Just so there is no ambiguity here: of all the things that look ordinary enough, an axle is by the far the stupidest thing you can do for yourself. Seriously, what are we thinking?
It’s great if that’s the kind of guy you are though.
Only recommendation I would make is to buy a solid one. Those things have a suprisingly high tendency to bend.
Titan fitness sells one for $47 with free shipping.
What the fuck is this? You are responding to 5 day old posts just to start shit? What have you achieved?
Who the fuck are you?
Y’all proving his point lel

k… umm good night?
Didn’t even get the joke.

Hell, I’m not even the first person to point this out; I’ve casually stumbled across three or four threads where this has been suggested in the past two weeks.
These forums have (mostly) people ranging from “total beginners asking for advice” to “people that have attained some degree of strength are giving/getting advice and exchanging ideas when we’re not posting memes and busting each other’s balls.”
Then it has these two fuckin’ guys - who, it should be pointed out, are no stronger or more accomplished in strength sports than most of the people in that latter crowd; a bit of casual evidence to drop in for a lil’ chuckle, there are five separate people who have posted in this thread with bigger deadlifts than either of the Two Musketeers, at equal or lighter bodyweights, and despite this, we’ve been treated to Thing One and Thing Two pontificating multiple threads such as “Conventional DL to Build Sumo” and “Help Me Fix My Fishing Rod Deadlift” like they’re Louie fuckin’ Simmons.

Um, ok, do you know what is going on in either of those threads? I started the “Conventional DL to Build Sumo” thread and it has turned to people giving me advice on my deadlift technique. I don’t see how I could be “pontificating” while simultaneously asking for advice, can you please explain?
Some people on this forum seem to like starting arguments for no reason, and you appear to be one of them. Do you have nothing constructive to offer?
I’m not the one jumping into old conversations for no reason other than to start an argument.

Obviously not.
