I was wondering has anybody ran Krypteia using 5x5 FSL instaed of 5x10 FSL?
It’s 5x5 for the anchor but I use it for all the lower body lifts during the leader as well because I’m running And sprinting a good amount

He recently posted on his main blog a new article Krypetia:Redux (google it). He made a slight modification to Krypetia when you are training multiple athletes at the same time. Depending on the supplemental lift the range for the athlete can be anywhere from 3-10 reps at FSL.
